Just woke up. May be feeling a tad grumpy. Reason for being awake if the mrs left the bedroom door open when she went downstairs which toeing as it’s rather windy has just slammed really loudly thusly waking me up.

Me too. I’ll do the death camps on my own as I’m not taking the kids there and the missus wouldn’t be interested.
My mrs wants to see them. Her mums side were Jews. Her gran made it here before the war. Lost all her family and their business. They were loaded. She got 100k compo I think from Germany in the 70’s.
More worrying is that I don't seem to get them nowadays ... if I'd drunk a bottle and a half of red wine and 3 pints of lager in my twenties I would have likely thrown up ... now I might wake up with a dry mouth ... but only if I forget to down a pint of juice before going to sleep ...
