Hudson Odoi really does look a talent, hard to believe he is only 18 when you watch him. Brilliant touch and skill for that goal.
Chelsea are a weird club though. They'll probably sell him, and buy him back for triple the price in a couple of years after having spent loads on an older named player that plays the same position. What they really need is a manager that will build for the long term and start trusting and building with all the young talent that they monopolize. Loftus Cheek is another that needs to be getting regular football.

In fairness they are doing all they can to keep him, it is just that this has all come too late. If you have a young talent that good and desperate to play then bloody integrate him into the first team. Dont wait until he wants to leave until you decide to play him. Hope he moves to Bayern and emerges as Robbens long term replacement.
