Because of my stomach problems we don’t put as much chilli in as the Thais do. My stomach is weak as **** and I can handle it.
Jazz eats quorn mate... Laab needs chillis, mind i can give or take it as food goes..I would only eat it with sticky rice anyway.
I've got my steaks marinating in a mixture of soy, worcester sauce with steak seasoning. Done the chips twice already, just a final blast to finish them of.3 cumberlands, just need finishing, fried mushrooms, onion rings and a tin of peas... All good to go, later.
Top pic looks lush, Mrs Ginge cuts hers in strips first the stabs them with a fork and fries them twice. Look the same, enjoy!
Eyes were too big for my belly can’t eat the bbq ones. only one slice the fat hadn’t rendered out properly. So have put that in with the dogs dinner. The bbq ones will have as a snack later. Or in a baguette for lunch tomoro. Makes more sense to go low and slow first as that’s what I do if I cook a duck breast, start it skin down in a cold pan then heat gently to get the fat out.
Thais do amazing things with pork belly. In the summer we go over to Stratford to the Thai boathouse. The food is awesome. One of my favourite things is their belly pork..
What’s the issue?? Top photo were just plain with salt. Bottom ones had a bbq glaze on them. Both had the same time in the oven. .
