Fair points but I wasn’t limiting this to PL games alone and whilst I agree that 8-10 might be unrealistically aspirational, I think we should get more from them. Dembele was the more disappointing from a goal productivity POV.
Yeah for sure, considering he played as a striker for AZ in his early days, it's embarrassing how bad he was at finding the net for us. Still a fantastic player in his prime don't get me wrong but it was pretty dumbfounding at just how bad he was on the goal front.
GKN is one of a few that carries a goal threat for us today. Trippier is ****...25 levels below our previous FB.
Palace haven't gone as strong as I thought they would. Their 3 AMs are good whilst van Aanholt is a very decent attacking FB, aside from that, it's quite a rotated squad. I thought they would've gone all out today what with our injury problems, they still might win because but I think it'll be a closer game than I was initially expecting when I imagined how both sides would line up.
