First one for nearly a week mate as I had made a lot of random **** late at night like you. There’s a lot to be said for creative randomness in the kitchen when steamed.
Cooking when pissed is the best way, as you don't actually give a **** what you're cooking, and certainly don't wipe your plate clean so it looks like you are in a resturant.
You would have been proud the other day Com, knocked up some cubed smoked bacon with onions chilli’s red pepper diced potatoes fried with two poached eggs on top. Ps. Looked like a dogs dinner but bang tasty!
I just fancied loads of yolk although at one stage I was thinking of adding 4 eggs and making a tortilla.
I'm not into runny eggs mate..Usually when i fry them i break the yolk. I've got a rump steak for tonight, but undecided yet as to what to do with it...hoy me a suggestion.
Steak Diane? Basically pan fry your seasoned steak three minutes each side set aside mix some Dijon mustard with Worcester sauce and throw in your finely chopped shallots or onions and sauté in a knob of butter, add the mustard mix and deglaze the pan add a slug of brandy and some cream bring to a boil then simmer. Throw it over the top.
Sounds ok, by the chances of there ever being Brandy in this house is none...Plus i don't have any cream....
My carvery was not quite as disappointing as I thought it would be. Though am still hungry. So on the way home have been to sainsbury, bought some oriental style prawns which I’m eating now, planned to buy chicken wings for later, they didn’t have any so bought two pack of belly pork. #gingemasterchef How the **** do I cook belly pork so the fat is crispy and the meat isn’t dry? @The Ginger Nigga
As soon as i asked, i thought, bet he comes back with something that needs some **** ingredients that i never have...
Homemade chips & mushy peas. Ketchup. Done. Only sauce I like with steak is blue cheese, so have on occasion warmed up creme fraiche with grated Stilton in it. Will only ever have the sauce in pot on the side so I can decide whether to have ketchup or the blue cheese sauce.
