It looks good mate. You maybe need to turn the veg a bit more, the sugars in it are burning, that also allows more cooking time for the meat. From what i've seen from a lot of your stuff it's just the cooking times, not what you've prepared.
Probably would have been tempted to do those nice looking thighs in chopped rosemary, salt, ancho chili powder, and molasses rub and toss them in a lime and honey glaze to finish.
I wanted more of those black edges but the chicken was done. I agree in that I should have turned it all over but I think it was too low a heat and and needed a glaze for 15 mins. I was too busy to take care of it. It was nice though.
I don't think pictures always does food justice, mainly due to the lighting and colour variations of devices.
Tricks of photography suppose. I think that's probably been the thing with a lot of Luv's stuff, the food is good but the camera ain't doing it justice.
Think its funny the way everyone nit-picks about Luv’s food as he actually tries some quite complex meals and different cooking styles. Comm just puts a whole load of pig on a plate with Hash Browns and everyone gushes over it. If I was a cynic I would think that it was because its clear that LuvGonzo wants people to like his food wheteas Comm couldnt give a toss.
Exactly because Luv does more complex meals, people share advise. Pig on a plate don't need any advise, it is what it is. Although I have given Comm a couple of recipes to be fair, but he still goes for pig on a plate
I wanted to order in a Chinese but she said she was too hungry to wait so I made her some pasta. I still wanted something noodley so fried some garlic, ginger, spring onion, dried chilli, basil, palm sugar and tomato purée and mixed it with some noodles drenched in soy sauce. Was nice. I don’t need the above critiqued.
I did once start one, but got sidetracked, and it just turned into a clustafuck.. A nice tasting clustafuck, but a clustafuck all the same.
