Yes, I was always confident and funnily enough the young lad stood next to me at the last hurdle also seemed pretty confident with him. Best jockey around for that kind of ride

Ah, shame we didn’t get to say hello. It’s a lovely spot to watch a finish.

 

Just read the thread back, Terrefort has a really unusual walk, we were commenting on how scratchy he looked in comparison to the rest, but it didn’t impact on his running style.

One horse who really took the eye today prior to racing was the big green baby of Nicholls in the first. He will surely make hay with him when they go chasing and when they’ve got him more experienced.
