    If its the start of a season before a ball has been kicked and they're saying a 2nd place finish would be a good season for them then fair enough, finishing 2nd for Killie or Aberdeen IS a good season.

    When its half way through the season and they're still within touching distance of the leaders then surely they can think to themselves maybe we could win it? Whats the point in being a fan if you're not getting your hopes up and believing in your team to do the best they possibly can.

    But you talk as if it's a crime if Rangers fans have the audacity to believe they could win the league at the same time as you say Celtic have been ****e this season.

    Truth be told for Rangers, Killie or Aberdeen to beat Celtic to the title would be a minor miracle but that doesn't stop us hoping. As already has been said, what's the point otherwise.

    If football or any sport in general is based on facts and data then whats the point in even playing the games? Stats and data will suggest that the favourites will win the game more often than not so why not just award the favourite the win without the hassle of playing the game?

    Upsets happen, the underdog now and again has their day.
