    Good Morning Everyone

Spygate took a nasty twist as we were made aware of the context of the collective letter from eleven Championship clubs.

Derby County, Norwich City, Bristol City, Nottingham Forest, Blackburn Rovers, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Hull City, Preston North End, Swansea City and Brentford have jointly asked the EFL for dates and times of scouting trips, details of the individuals responsible and any payments that were made.

It also called for Leeds to confirm whether they used third parties to gain sight of opposition training grounds and whether information was gleaned from “inside sources”

Surely the letter is designed to stir up as many problems as possible?

West Bromwich Albion, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Rotherham United, Birmingham City, Aston Villa, Queens Park Rangers, Bolton Wanderers, Stoke City, Wigan Athletic, Reading and Ipswich Town were the clubs who refused to sign the letter!

Does it surprise you which clubs signed the letter, and which refused?

IF Leeds are guilty of using third parties to gain access to training grounds, backhanded payments or using inside sources to gain an advantage, what kind of trouble are Leeds in?

    Is this against the rules?

    Is it against your morals?

If Leeds are guilty of this, do they deserve to be punished?

Will Bielsa be the fall guy?

Leeds are one of 32 Football League clubs who have agreed to be a part of a programme to partner with local prisons to tackle high reoffending rates.

Clubs will work with Prison Service officers as part of the Twinning Project to deliver coaching, stewarding and lifestyle skills to help prisoners find paid employment upon their release.

Former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein, the founder of the initiative, said there was “huge interest and enthusiasm” in the project from clubs and the Prison Service.

“It is testament to the vision and purpose of the Twinning Project that such a large group of football clubs have agreed to participate in trying to tackle a difficult problem in our society,” Dein said in a statement.

The Professional Game Match Officials Limited will also deliver refereeing courses to prisoners.

Morning Elland and all. Not interested in spygate anymore, bored With it all, but training up prisoners to become footballers or coaches is an interesting concept. Should lead to more classy, low moral characters in the game, as if there wasn’t already enough. Might even make it into the tv pundit game eh

    Morning all...

Spygate - Bielsa has accepted full responsibility and the club have already stated they were unaware so the worst case scenario is they were scouts we use to go scouting players.

I’d imagine it would be a very quick and easy No No No No answer from the club on the letter questions. The guys caught had nothing on them, they were not charged so the likelihood of having recorded and documented evidence is zero

As for access to training grounds, these guys were watching from a public space, there is no evidence to suggest we used third parties and as the club knew nothing they can’t be on the payroll (third parties)

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Last one on spygate for me because sick of it now. Popey last night had a sports er on his show who stated that in law these clubs have nothing however he says the way the letter is worded they are thinking of taking civil action and are looking for as much compensation as possible and trying to dig up staff within their own clubs who may have taken bungs. makes me laugh

Yet again nothing on the tranny front except the Dan James thing. If this deal isnt done this week we are walking away. The £10m bit for the Russian is a non starter but a player who was taken to Lille by Bielsa and was originally from Newells Old Boys, Bielsas club in Argentina is in talks with Portland Timbers in the MLS. I mention this because Bielsa has had him watched whilst he's been on loan from Roma to the Greek side. If you remember 2 players looked at in Greece were Prijavic and Ponce the Argy. Prijavic has now signed a big money tax free deal in the Middle East and now Ponce may be off to the States. I wonder if Bielsa will move on him because he has scored 10 goals from 15 league starts.

Only a week left in this window so have we finished dealing?

Good Morning to Matt and co from a dull chilly Bardsey
I love to rfead your thoughts Doc but I have to disagree with you on James maybe because I want it to happen. The longer it goes the cheaper it will be .Swansea have to get some cash from somewhere Boney is going nowhere so they are losing a great deal every week he is there .How can they stop it ,they can't nobody wants him the money he wants so they have to sell other saleable assets and the longer Leeds hang on the more desperate they will become.
The offer from us for Luiz was a sham brought on no doubt by whatever mafia is running that club
Mings now where are we with this Doc
I loved the clips of our new signing Mateuse and like all good strikers he has a selfish streak but what an eye for goal!
Dan James reminds me of a certain player called Gento I am sure Doc will be able to show many clips of him because without any doubt to me he was the best player at Madrid in the 60.s even with the likes of Puskas and Di stephano So this young man has got the necessary tools to be a world star

Tyrone Mings is an £11m player who may get a loan deal until the Summer. The problem is does Bielsa want him? Mings is a replacement for Douglas and Pearce so cant see that, but he can also play CB and Bielsa has said he doesn't want any more CBs? Yes we can't second guess Bielsa and Mings would be decent in this league but is he Prem quality if he can't get in a struggling Bournemouth side? I like him but Bielsa?

The Polish kid isn't a striker Mike he played midfield and a real No10 who creates and scores. Yes only 17 but look at top players who made their debut at 16 and went onto great things

Tell them nothing and ask them for their evidence Accept no fine or points deduction and insist they make clear rules instead of the muddled laws at present. Most of all though laugh at how they will enforce them. Cant arrest every person on public land out walking their dog its a load of bullshyte.

morning all ... there is an agenda from the Dirty 11 and it shows the class of the people who run them ... think that this spying nonsense will drag on for as long as the EFL allows it, which will show us their effectiveness at getting things done when it suits them

really hope we get a couple more signings in, but as always, we never know who Leeds are talking with until the deal happens ... would welcome another Centre Back for sure, unsure between a Striker and a Number 10 ... we will need all the help we can get for the run in, going to be really tough, and even though our players are capable of playing high tempo, skilful football, they can have their off days .. we need ten more wins very quickly to cement play-offs, and the sooner we get those ten wins the sooner we can then genuinely go for the title

Well done as usual a little weak n his right foot but that can be sorted out brave as well now what about Gento Matt can we compare? I for one can't wait to see him play I think you will find they are very similar if my mind going back over 60 years is correct they both have the capacity to bring the crowd to their feet
