To be honest, I could have come on and acted like a **** about it. I haven't though, I've just said that we've got back together and played a gig. People then asked to hear some of our stuff. Major lurgy at the kids’ school so we decided to keep them at home today, both have been a bit under the weather anyway. I spent a few hours working with my daughter on some maths and English. We actually had a lot of fun and she made a lot of progress on stuff she’s been struggling with. I know how to make learning fun when it’s with my kids as we share the same sense of humour (mostly taking the piss out of their mental mother) but I’d be a ****ing terrible teacher!

Daz will never get up to speed as he is a talentless spastic who would have a problem singing nursery rhymes.
Finished reading The Force by Don Winslow last night. Undoubtedly the best cop novel I’ve ever read. Probably one of the best novels I’ve ever read. Powerful stuff. Superb.
