    Agreed, Vestie still looks suspect to me. Am amazed how many times he does not win contested headers given his height and he seems slow to react to situations occurring in front of him and lacks anticipation. Improved maybe, or is this better all round structure of the defence making him look better. Lacks pace as well.

    Ralph stated the other week that there had been interest in PEH by bigger clubs given his vastly improved performances this season.

    Wouldn't think Ralph too keen to part with PEH just yet. Made it clear he's his man and captain. He'd want to build around this I'd assume?

    Yeah. And you'd hope that PEH, having had a 'big club experience' already might react positively to the current changes. I would *hate* to see us even considering letting him move on right now.

    I'm not saying the club or Hassenhuttl would want him to go, I just think given the contract situation and the reported interest that there is a pretty good chance it does happen.

    I agree that if money was everything we'd get more selling early, but, although not one of the big clubs, neither are we tiny. Unless we are bust, I can't see us selling a player that the manager wants to keep...unless he'd rather have another player or even two....it is a question of balance.

    Adam Parkes has joined Watford ... apparently on loan but sounds pretty final to me? Maybe his contract is up in the summer.
