I would have thought so - a sign of the modern game that just being a decent keeper isn't enough. Feel a bit sorry for Bairstow for losing the gloves as he never did anything wrong though equally can see why Foakes should keep them.

 

Yes, I think Bairstow got the short straw this time, not keeping and then being asked to bat at 3.

 

It will be interesting to see how the West Indis fair, their test side has struggled of late, but have been improving, hopefully, we will see by how much?

 

The 1-day side hasn't looked too great either, I'm away to see the first 2 ODI's next month so I hope they're competitive.
