The January window is a waste of time, they should just make it like a cattle market where everybody brings their unwanted/unhappy players to a big shed and they get auctioned off in one day. The rest who don’t sell get shot out the back.
Seems the poor lad heading to Cardiff knew the plane was coming down as he sent a WhatsApp message to his family. Can’t help wondering why he was travelling at night in a single prop plane and opposed to a small jet tbh. Not the usual footballer form of transport and certainly not at night.
Yeah seems like he could tell the plane was wrecked before take-off. I wonder what the pilot was thinking.
Sometimes you just trust the Professional blindly. Pilot probably gave it all the 'ohh no this is normal, I have made this journey thousands of times' etc etc...poor lad in his excitement probably just went with it. Tragic
That would make great TV, actually, Tel. It could be presented by John McCririck and David Dickinson. Vinny Jones could perform the summary executions at the end of each show. It would be nice to have at least one of the presenters with a connection to the world of football.
