It seems you can't have too many AMs! He does look to be a prospect after a trial at Colney and, as Cromer says, this is the way to build a squad. Hopefully he'll turn out to be another gem.
It's a good sign that Brentford were interested in him. Their scouts are pretty top notch and really know how to identify a quality prospect.

How do you know ? Surely he was he was given a chance every time he trained. If he couldn't demonstrate that he was worthy of a place in the first team in training, then why would the manager pick him ? Players get there chances in training if they can't convince a manager that they deserved a place then that's their fault not the managers. I don't believe managers look at a player and think he's really bossing the show in training, but I'm not going to play him without a reason i.e. the player has an attitude i.e. Oliveira. When we signed Butterfield we were premier league, he never played for us in the PL and he's never played in the PL since he left.
Canario's right about Butterfield, but I don't understand your comment either Cromer - why would this kid be the next Butterfield for us? I'm not too fussed about Butterfield, he didn't work out for whatever reason, but have you heard this kid has a bad attitude? All I know is that he was born in this millennium, which is scary!
