I really hate this about the game today, where players are able to dictate the exit of a manager. I know it's a managers job to motivate his team and get the best out of them, but some players (no one specific) are nothing short of being overpaid spoilt fooking brats.
I'm not having a pop at Chelsea, but they have form for this kind of thing. I hoped that after John "where's my hood" Terry had left the club, this thing would stop, but it clearly hasn't. I said, after the players engineenered the removal of Mourhino and then Conte, that the club's owner should make it clear that he will sack any player who does not 100% support the manager, no matter how idiotic the manager's decision-making may be. But Mad Dog is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, since he stopped being Russian and became Israeli, and vanished from the face of the planet.
For once i agree with you on something! Yes, I think players should be sacked for not 100% supporting a manager. However, we all know in the football real world and with footballers contracts, legal eagles and all that stuff, it is never going to happen.

The only other club I've seen it at, is United. But that was only recently. I cannot see it happening with us, because Levy never seems to let things get that far before he acts . Chelsea is a club that is run by the players.
