    Yeah that looks nicer than mine. I prefer the Tom Yum soupy-type Thia food to the curry anyway.

    I did a stir fried beef with noodles last week, and actually used tom yum paste to give it a bit of zing..

    Just like if i do some fried potatoes, i sometimes use the green curry paste, to zap them up..

    Looks like **** anyway, but taste better than they look.

    A lot of thai spices /pastes lend themselves quite well if ones adventurous.

    What the **** are they?

    I’d eat that baklava chief posted right now..

    Tel looked a decent effort mate. I’ve never tried to make any kind of curry. The mrs makes a very good green and red curry though she was taught by her sister in law who is Thai. Hers aren’t quite as runny as what ginge posted but not far off.

    I’ve just had chicken fajitas. Decent being as it was a diet recipe. **** knows how you can make it a diet recipe.

    Indian curry, preferably as the thickness comes from the caramelisation of the onions.

    They are small round aubergines we call them makheua (มะเขือ).

    Coconut is a natural thickner but you’ll get more from the onions. Also that slightly sweet sauce you get in British curry houses is from the caramelised onion.
