I most certainly would have taken a draw before kick-off, and I guess all in all a draw is a good result.

There is no doubt being 0-2 up it is a bit disappointing that we let the win slip, but it appears, as often happens in games, a pivotal moment or decision can turn a game,

This happened when Kingsley was wrongly adjudged to have committed a foul which lead to a free kick. Moreover, the fact that Wijs had to go off and be replaced by McKenzie at more or less the same time, these incidents lead to the goal by no other than Chezzy, which just before half time gave them a lift.

If we had gone in a 0-2 up I am sure we would have seen us win the game, but those incidents conspired against us and therefore a draw, in the end, was not a bad result.

Certainly to lose your winning run with a draw is better than a loss. Good to hear Steward had another good game. I still would have gone with Campbell rather than Martin, even though Martin did OK.

Finally, seeing their managers comments leads me to believe he is starting to feel the pressure.

I think if we’d have signed Connolly we would have won the game

Experienced head, and he certainly wouldn’t have been bullied by Chester

Stewart’s yellow was for a Henriksen tackle.

missed the stream, but highlights look positive mostly....very good teamplay goals scored, but also really cheap ones were conceded....ahhhh! win&lose were closer than a draw seems. Need some transfers maybe. No sorrow overall. Well earned hard point.

Dunno how much of this has been posted already:

Jordi's injury and replacement by McKenzie shows how much we really needed cover by such as Connolly; it looked like Chester's experience was too much for Robbie. Lichaj should have been the sub at that point?

Campbell should have been the sub for Evandro?

As has been posted above, we are likely only two injuries away from the play-offs and/or collapse.

By the way, thanks for the 'twitch' link. <ok>

The only hassle was having it drop out occasionally - and having to wade through arsehole Clarkson and his petrol-head mates advert for Amazon's **** show.

Johnbo . You are spot on with your analysis. I felt also it was a good point after they came back. We all know the 2 nil song. Nige does need help but I note this mornings paper stating that Bowen is being watched by premier league clubs. I have a very bad feeling about this.

The vultures gather. There is an argument City are still part of a long queue of selling clubs and probably always will be whilst fly by night owners wallow in success rather than getting involved in a long term stability program which probably scares the **** out of their share holders.

Bowen being watched by prem clubs isn't a new thing. It's been happening since last season.

Just been talking to a (Spurs) mate of mine. Spuds have two academy players they may well use to cover for Kane, Son and Moura. Poch is up for doing so, it seems.

However, on the other hand, Poch is also the kind of coach who will (like Klopp at L'pool) spend time with a developing player, in order to work on aspects of the player's game which are capable of improvement

Every club is a selling club if the price is right. We are no exception. Also we have no shareholders.

Rosenior just said on Sky that Adkins should be manager of the season for what he’s doing. He said he’s working miracles with a lack of support and all sorts of problems off the pitch.

Don't want it to happen but if a big enough offer comes in i can see it doing so, just hope if it does then we make it one of those deals were he stays with us for the rest of the season. We need this feel good factor right to the end of the season after the all the problems over the last few. I know if a big enough offer comes in then he will go that's how it works in the football world especially when you haven't got stability at the club but we are 8th and we want more that's how it works has a football fan.

Must have heard at least 3 different pronunciations of Grosicki's name in that, and they're supposed to be our own commentators.

Not McKenzie's finest hour either, he'll need an arm round his shoulder after that.
