Without having all the facts to hand I'd guess probably not.

Theres an “extreme heat policy” which can be used at the Aussie open, as far as im aware it has not been used so far this year.

Temperatures in Perth today exceeded 44*C (~111*f). Australia reaches the high 40s and once- 50.7*C (126.3*f) and even required the @BOM_au to include a new colour range on temperature charts for 52-54*C (125-130*f) The 2018 UK heatwave maxed at 35.3*C (95.5*f)
