1. RCC...……..yes he only played half a match but did get our only shot on target. 2. Eaves.....…..No goals but he fought of 3 defenders at one point and was unlucky not to get a knockout. 3. Byrne.....…...managed to pass at least 3 balls that ended up reaching a blue shirt.
That's not how you spell Oldaker ( and maybe one or two others not being considered when its 'not working' ).....and, as for Eaves - I'm sure his presence would have gone a long way to preventing the first goal ( so would it if Holy had bothered to come off his line for a high ball into the 6 yard box ) (( isn't he 6'9" ? ))
Holy just isn't decisive enough. With his height he should be able to command the 6 yard box, but just doesn't seem able to read the game well enough to be able to commit to be in the right place at the right time.
