Yeah I thought that too, Martin got as much on it as he could, and keeps just happened to stick his hands in the right place. Thought Martin was good today, excellent link up play throughout, agree with calls to take him off last 10 but only cos he looked knackered
I thought he was a donkey at first but the replay showed it was a tough chance with both the defender and keeper doing well.
Not sure how to feel after that. Disappointing to lose a 2 goal lead but it also feels like a well-earned point after they rallied in the second half. Keeps our unbeaten run going after a tough away fixture and we've once again demonstrated a real togetherness in fighting out a point we'd have lost 3 months ago. Safe journey back to all travelling fans
stewart and Henriksen were on yellows and another yellow to either means we go down to ten men and have to have a sub left in order to take off martin for a midfielder. simples
I would of taken a draw at the start of the game, but slightly disappointed with being 2-0 up. I'm more disapointed in myself. I said to a few lad at work 2-2 and Bowen FGS and didn't put it on. 95/1 it was
JDV out for at least 2 weeks with a calf injury. Please Sir, Mr Adkins.... young Mackenzie is not the answer...
Adkins talking to Burnsy, says he expect 2/3 new face's in by next weekend, good luck with that Nigel.
Think most of us would have taken a point before the game yes I know it's disappointing when your 2.0 up but a few weeks ago we would never have been 2.0 up and when they equalised we would have gone on to lose it. Were 8th tonight which is unbelievable, come away with a great point, once again proved we can match anyone in this league and yes this unbeaten run continues. Well done to the travelling support and every city player on the pitch. Nigel you really deserve some help.
Knowing our luck with the 'people' I charge, 1 will be in the club shop, one will be in the food bar on the North concourse and one will be selling programmes outside..
