Could be, but if not, Spearing will probably play and that is loads of energy in the midfield, could be a good thing. Although I want Adam to play so we can get the ball wide and let Hendo/Downing/Suarez pin their team back and take on the 4 CB's they will probably have playing...
I hope he is fit enough to play! Adam is the sort of player we've missed in games like this, some one who can unlock defences

Clarke has said he's ready, Although it might be a difficult game to bring him in on. Kenny has shown so far this season he is prepared to let signings come in and play so I wouldn't be surprised
If Coates is going to play, they are probably already talking him through what will be happening during the game and have him alongside Carra/Agger in practice so he can already feel comfortable.

Good news if Adam is ready for the Stoke game As for Coates yes Damien said that he is ready and there is a chance that he will play on Saturday But i would start him at our next home game Wolves 24 Sep
