Watching Saints v Derby match, Derby at full strength, Southampton pretty much the same, we have fck all to fear from this lot.
Derbyshire PoliceVerified account@DerbysPolice 10h10 hours ago Replying to @ryanjohnd83 @BennyTaylsLUFC and 2 others Hi Ryan, He was found not to be committing a crime so no further action was necessary. He was simply & politely asked to move on. He was indeed stood on public land.
So Lampard lied. No surprise. Bielsa could probably have gotten away with denying it all except he’s been too honest
I see our good friend Collymore has been at it again on twitter threatening to meet up with someone who called him a wife beater. Amazing there’s someone busy arguing with me trying to defend Collymore
Our Stan has previous in this respect Troll who taunted Stan Collymore online about his domestic abuse of Ulrika Jonsson and racially abused his mother is handed five-year restraining order after ex-footballer tracked him down Stan Collymore tracked down troll who sent hundreds of abusive tweets Taidgh Hughes of Dorset was handed a five-year restraining order At one point Collymore received 250 messages from Hughes in a one day Hughes taunted Collymore over his domestic abuse of Ulrika Jonsson And sent a racially abusive tweet about the ex-footballer's mother
We totally and absolutely should not be in this position... All the headlines worldwide read " Leeds spied on opponents in every game this season. " Fans can bluster all they wish but this will not end well.
I wonder what he said about his mother, who is white, I did some work for her 30 odd years ago, a really lovely lady. Incidentally, Stan's bedroom was adorned qith Wolves posters, so much the life long Villa fan.
The EFL are investigating us in relation to the following regulations Relevant Regulations At this stage the EFL considers that the following Regulations are relevant to this particular issue: (a) Regulation 3.4 provides that: “In all matters and transactions relating to The League each Club shall behave towards each other Club and The League with the utmost good faith…” (b) Regulation 21. The EFL also considers it may be appropriate to take action against individuals, including the Manager, on the basis that Regulation 21 provides as follows: “… all Officials and Players shall by virtue of their fulfilment of those roles be deemed to have given to The League: 21.2.1 an undertaking to The League not to bring The League or any Club, into disrepute; 21.2.2 an undertaking not to do anything or omit to do anything which will cause a Club to be in breach of the Laws of the Game, the Football Association Rules, these Regulations or the Articles of Association…”
Football has always been able to punish alleged offenders under charges such as " bringing the game onto disrepute ". These incidents are always a matter of interpretation and opinion rather than fact. Unfortunately I think we'll find that even though no specific laws have been broken the oft spoken about " spirit of the game " will be used to punish us to the maximum. Stating 10,000 legitimate ways of preparing for a game is not really a defense if you use one that is not legitimate.
I watched unbreakables last night, it's a poor film. Talking of which Duane Holmes, the man with the iron head, is playing in the Cup tonight
We are only any worse off than at 4pm in that Bielsa has made the authorities look stupid. He has basically asked that 100 other offences be taken into account, where no offence was committed anyway. Irrespective of the foreign reports, the EFL and FA can't ignore the full content, as it was documented by the entire UK press and recorded for posterity. Any draconian punishment will be seen as racist and bullying. Call me a snowflake.
