Interesting, and almost certainly correct. I personally think that BPF is simply trying too hard. He's young & inexperienced; aware of the social media criticism; aware Blackman was going to take his place (which would have lasted 1 game imo), aware of the speculation - and welcoming comment - over signing a new 'keeper etc. Can't fault him for that, given the circumstances, and hope he's being given more than technical guidance in his development.
