One thing.... the black girl in Titans... you'll know what I mean when you see it.... no ****ing way.... she's been wearing the same pvc/leather for at least 4 days.... that has to be ripe like...... wrong thread? More a continuation of the pub convo lol
Enjoyed it. Bit of a emotional rollercoaster too. Still get ridiculously excited when watching Istanbul
Not the same. This is motion picture ****. Plus its probably virua/spyware free. Lastly for someone like rhc its out of bounds on the internet Such a killjoy frankie boy.
Titans started off well but it's getting silly as it goes on. Watched 5 of them will get through the series but don't see this being anything special.
@luvgonzo Pretty sure I've seen it but will check. Fences was utterly superb, but equally gruelling. Heavy ****. If he got no awards for that, it's a disgrace.
Moonlight won best film and actor and it's pretty ****e, it's a disgrace that he didn't win best actor for that role.
Just watched bird box to see what the fuss is about... Kinda boring really. Basically "The happening" but with blindfolds.
Moonlight was really dull But still not as bad a Call me by Your Name, which was appalling. Does make you wonder who votes for these films to be on the short list.
After the no black winners fiasco the year before a film about a gay black man was nailed on and Denzel Washington got screwed over.
From the boredom of being bedbound I watched another film. Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead men tell no tales. Was OK, the series has been done to death and back now though. Better than the one before it with the mermaids but not as good as the first.
Also watched Absolutely Anything, was OK for a few laughs. Best of three films I've watched in the last 24 hrs but nothing ground breaking.
