There is only one type of footwear for entry into the 'better' Gentleman's Clubs and Discotheques plus the Lounge Bar in Public Houses......

Can you chaps help a brother out with an ongoing fashion dilemma?

Are Chuck Taylor baseball boots gay? Are the ones that don't come up the ankle just as, not as or more gay? Does the colour define the gayness?

Depends what age your friend is. Over 40 then I'm afraid they are a no go area.

Sometimes I go large on fashion, my most recent sartorial acquisition is a fetching (Russian) military style trench coat. All good so far but it comes with a detachable green faux fur collar. Hmm. I wasn't sure at first but by **** when it's turned up against the cold it works a treat. I've now convinced myself that it looks cool as **** too.

My tip, if you like it wear it, but wear it with confidence.

No fur hat though, just a rather fetching Homburg. And never gloves, strictly for ****ters and weasels.

I have the unfortunate habit (once pished) of visiting Roeckl (Koln and Munchen), Breiter (Munchen) and Hut (Koln) to spendle oodles of Euros on handwear and headwear. F**k; if I told our co-respondents how much I have paid for a pair of gloves they would think, if not already of that possibly accurate view, that I am off my f****n' bonce! When I return home and check my receipts and/or online finances I wonder how drunk an individual can get from 04.23 to around half past ten!
