Just whisked 6 eggs, a splash of milk, some chinese 5 spice... Cooked it, already to be added to each of tonights **** ups.
No mate, I've just pre cooked the eggs, as they get lost in other meals.. So i've pre done them for later, add last thing.
It was known as beef barley stew but it's a beef casserole with pearl barley. It's quite a traditional dish that's been around for many years. Irish stew is a clear broth other than a gravy and made with mutton or lamb.
It looked nice mate, (bit small portion like)). I just thought a beef casserole was a bit darker.... I'd still eat the ****er, no complaints.
That was plated up for my daughter when she gets home from work so a smaller portion. I could have made it darker Browning the meat better but couldn't be arsed.
Fried noodles in a the Tom Yum paste done, with the onions and mushrooms.. Never done it before...Smells well spicy..let's see try it later... I'm doing it over the course of a few hours, no hurry
Just to add to that, i added some sugar and water, but have no msg.. @The Ginger Nigga to confirm this is correct?
