That's not what he said though. He was picking up on C instead of an X so I thought I'd direct him to his on mistake.

 

Forget about diving, the more important thing is that it was the only contribution that Vardy made to the whole match, even though they were at home with all of the ball against 10 men. That doesn't happen very much.

(also Vardy is bad now and they just gave him a contract until 2022)

 

The only thing!? He also booted the ball into the stratosphere in a rage at the half time whistle!

 

Not sure if this is right but the stats recorded him as pressuring us once, in the 3rd second.

Yep I was thinking whist watching that he would swap Valery for Cedric at half time as he was on a yellow. Sadly, he didn't get that far.

However, with hindsight, maybe we wouldn't have got the second (as Leicester mindset changed immediately to push us and use the one man advantage) and maybe we wouldn't have been so organised in the second half.

 

To be fair, even Lineker suggested he is getting a reputation

Valery vs Chilwell was an entertaining contest; our boy was just about getting the better of the England International. And I thought the second yellow was a little harsh. He will have to learn to contain his temperament a bit though.

I`m biased of course, but taking 11 Jocks in an unfashionable club like Aberdeen and beating Bayern Munich then Real Madrid in the final takes some doing. It kind of went downhill for him after that .....
