They haven't played a game. They're on their winter break. That run was before he left...

That's what I also understood it to be, At one point we were talking about buying him, but it finished up as a loan with an option to buy I believe.

    Absolutely delighted on many fronts.

    1. City winning in an emphatic style against the Wendies, and the style of football they played.
    2. The Wendies continued obsession on social media that for some reason we are **** because they have more fans than us. They make themselves look so stupid, and like the TWS fans, just don't get our ironic response to their actions from City fans.
    3. The way Nigel has got the team playing, great credit to him, as I for one was dismissive of him being appointed, I eat my humble pie willingly.
    4. Delighted for Kevin Stewart, when we bought him I was one who said he was a good signing having seen him play against City U23's and was starting to have my doubts, but thankfully he has turned it around.

It is hard not to start having that dared to dream feeling again, but I guess we have to rein in our expectation. We need to have a good run without injury to key players, and I guess our ability to react positively after we do have one or two poor results which are likely to happen before the end of the season will be key.

Absolutely speechless the greatest turn around by a Hull city team ever seen in my 36 years of going (including the great escape)
It's just unbelievable ! Hull City unbeatable at the moment !

Two particular highlights not seen mentioned.

Milinkovic chasing around like a madman in the last few minutes. Brilliant

That ****ing giant of theirs tying to warm up and then coming on. Hilarious.

Nige was applauding Milinkovic running around like a lunatic. He was then fairly static for 5 minutes - probably recovering <laugh><laugh>

Anyone mentioned how good Martin was glp?? Because he was. Excellent link up play and holding the ball well.
Did he get the pen too?

Milinkovic charging about was very funny

Didn’t he run all the way from the left to put a sliding tackle in on the right? (Or was I confusing two players as it was at the South end?)

Their giant lump was simply bullied by De Wijs and Burke...which was also hilarious

He did - agreed he was excellent. He also did well dropping back into the Evandro role. It would be interesting to read the ‘Experts’ view!

That was Milinkovic doing that full width pitch run and slide.

I was annoyed by the delay in throwing the ball back from the North Stand in the first half - it just gave their keeper more of an excuse to slow things down. However, I was amused by the West Stand ball boy who delayed returning the ball in the second half and then "accidentally" knocked it past the Sheffield player and back onto the pitch - it earned him a big thumbs up from the City bench.

Fans and ball boys ought to understand when to keep it and when to get it back sharpish
Most people in North understood it needed to be back sharpish then and so the person not doing that got some stick

So did I, especially when he missed both ball and man. He played a couple of sensible touches afterwards to slow things down and wind down the clock.

Not sure what the correct attendance was yesterday but the once sparsely occupied parts of the ground are slowly filling up again. Our current form is obviously tempting a few more to venture out these days and whilst the boycott is still there for a reason,a winning side scoring goals has obviously become hard to resist for some again.

Mine is a "boycott/disillusioned with football in general" absence but I can feel being drawn back. Its impossible not to get caught up in the miracle that has happened at our football club before our very eyes.
Players deemed rubbish with no quality and not good enough at this level are now some of the best in the division. I saw a move early on in yesterdays game with two clever backheels in the space of seconds totally bamboozling Wednesday. I have never seen us attack with such speed constantly all game ever.
    Its just mad.
