    Didn't sunderland go on a run in league 1 ish about 10 years ago and ended up virtually unstoppable and champions?

    or am I imagining it?

    In around 06/07 Sunland started the season like relegation certs, losing the first three or four, including a mauling at Southend, then brought in Roy Keane who turned it around and romped to promotion at a canter.

    They where lingering near the bottom near November .
    They won here with a last minute goal and then just tore up the strip .,!!

    Some are realistic. A Wednesday fan who went in my pub, until he was banned anyway, and whose old man isin his late sixties and is a Wednesday season ticket holder, bit of a one himself, discreet OSC tattoo, was taking to me before the season. I said I feared us going down to which his response was they were in the **** as he would guarantee they finished below us.

    It has given me the chance to say to a Leeds fan I know who asked me in the shop how I was. I replied marvellous. Had a great couple of weeks. Beaten Yorkshire's biggest club. And Leeds as well.

    Spoke to a couple of their fans on way out and they said they had wished they had left at half time. Said that we were totally dominant and the best team they had played this season!

    And that would be the problem and probably downfall. You can't justify dropping any of them and we still have Irvine to come back.

    Kane deserved his place back, thought he was very unlucky to be left out against Bolton, but i'm thinking it was more to do with them being a big team.

    Great result to return home to.
    Discharged from Castle Hill Hospital at 1645hrs today, after undergoing Triple Heart By-pass surgery last Monday.
    Feeling happy but tired. Hope to be back at the Kcom at the beginning of March.
