    I only use hand selected pork from the finest pigs money can buy, I produce the sausage myself in my industrial sausage maker. Only the finest oxo cubes that have passed rigorous oxo tests are used in the stewing process, with grade 1 onions.

    I then hand pick, only the finest Irish potatoes and hand craft them to make the perfect boiled potato.
