The Eagles got off to a flying start to 2019 as they collected three points against Wolves. So that’s a positive start and actually, now Crystal Palace have won three of their last five league games (D1 L1). TheEagles are only W2 D3 L5 at Selhurst Park this season. They have posted a W2 D1 L1 record in their last four home fixtures though. Crystal Palace have been extraordinarily goal shy at home, having produced only the five home goals all season. To their credit though they have done well in defence, conceding at under a goal per home game on average.

The Hornets drew a 3-3 thriller with Bournemouth last time out in game which was full of defensive howlers. That is back to back top-flight draws now from Watford. They have done alright in terms of not getting beaten as they have suffered one loss only in their last six EPL games (W2 D3). Their away record for the season is W3 D4 L3.

    Watford Team News

Speaking on Thursday ahead of the Premier League game at Selhurst Park, head coach Javi Gracia described their return as good news for his squad, but said Saturday's match would come a little too soon.

He said: "We have good news now, only in this moment Sebastian Prodl is injured. The rest of the players are training with the team.

"Two of them, Kabasele and Andre Gray, today it was their first training session with the team, they played only a little part.

"I think it's a little bit soon to play for them in one or two days, but we will see in the next days.

"In this moment we have more options it will be better if they keep training and we will see."

Also proving themselves as viable options in the FA Cup game against Woking were Ben Wilmot and Adalberto Penaranda, who impressed the head coach with their performances.

However, Gracia said he might not be able to offer them much more game time just yet.

He said: "The most important thing is both are ready and Ben Wilmot in the last game played as a centre back, but in another moment, like in the Carabo cup, as a midfielder.

"We have a good player, a young player but a good player, waiting for his chance to play, but hes ready.

"In his position there are many players ready as well and it's not easy to have the moment to play.

"I don't have more time to play him.

"Penaranda, it was his first game he showed he is ready as well, but he's the same, in his position there are many players and now Andre Gray is back so we will see.

"We will try to do the best to make the best choice for the next games and try to not make mistakes."

Well according to some of their fans it's a rivalry now and they are going to give Capoue hell (he probably won't care one bit !) so clearly we need to be ready as they want revenge .

Trouble is Palace usually get it at Selhusrt Park ..

They don't score many and Zaha has been quiet so hopefully will stay that way !

I believe that there are special scarves for the travelling Horns today as it's the anniversary of GT's death. I wonder if anyone at the club realised before the fixtures were released and requested a home game for today.

I hope that we can honour our own " very special one" with a win to commemorate his memory. I personally would like to think he will be looking down on the the team today and that come the final whistle they have put a smile upon his face. Rest in peace Graham your memory will always live on.

    We're Elton's Taylor made army <cheers>

Special thought for the great man but IMHO I don't think he would want any more than our thoughts. Perhaps applause durring his special minute would be nice.

Could be a good competitive match today and GT would have loved that. I still remember his words when I asked for his autograph for a young lad who couldn't be at the Vic as he was playing "Playing the game. That's what is important."

1-2 to the 'orns. Enjoy one and all

Why do foreign manager often use the words "in this moment"? Who teaches them English I wonder, it seem quite unnecessary, why don't they just say "now"
