Now you see my ulterior motive for keeping this job mate. Walking miles, hoying 1000s of kilos about each day, and getting paid...
Massive cramp in the back of my thigh..Get ti often... Just drank a glass of water, with a **** load of salt... that works top tip
You don't like yoghurt do you? An old asian recipe my old man swears by, and has every day 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a glass, big pinch of salt, topped up with water. Stir well and drink I usually make a pint, salt to taste and drink it slowly. Cools your insides and sorts out cramps n that. We call it lassi.
Eat more bananas or take a mineral supplement every day. It will stop you getting cramp. However saltwater is probably quickest way of getting extra salts in when you get cramp.
Had a good start to the week and a ****e end. Did 5k+ plus some decent weights (can't really be arsed to detail) both days but have managed **** all since for various reasons. Won't do anything today as heading north in an hour so that's me till Monday, when I'll start again. Hopefully do 4 days worth of the above next week and thereafter. Should have brought my running trainers home with me, I'd have plenty time tomorrow when I'm at my folks house.
Love using a bench when the bloke on the one next to you has a dumbbell exactly twice the weight of the ones you're using in each hand!! ****ing meat head. Cracking quality fanny in here tonight. Notably so!
Or when you’re doing tricep extensions with 12’s and there’s a bloke next to you with a 50kg chain round his waist doing dips.
I had a roid mate from southport..He'd eat chicken and rice every 4 hours..Even wake up to go and eat it, wtf? I think they get into a zone, and just keep going..May look ok, but turns them all radgy.
Anyway, did ok tonight. 4 sets of flat bench press (bar) 4 sets inclined dumbbell press (where goliath had a 55kg in each hand) 4 sets seated press (only thing available at the time) 4 sets flies, using dumbbells. 3 mile run to finish. Was packed in there, not many other things I could have done without having to wait around. Shoulders & back tomorrow. Also started creatine today.
