HIAG mate, watching you flounder here is like trying to help a toddler with their potty training. You point them in the right direction so they don't keep making the same mistake, but you can't get upset with them when they repeatedly **** their pants, as they can't help themselves.
Rather desperate stuff on your part Quentin ... to recognise a laudable achievement of a particular football team does not equate to being a fan or supporter of that team ... and to give yourself a titular accolade for such a feat is fair enough ... hence the Lisbon Lions, the Fearless Foxes, the Arsenal Invincibles .... ... you are just very bitter that Arsenal have another achievement that you can't match ... and that there is more chance of your lot becoming known as the Fondue Spuds due to your fascination with cheese and that you always seem to melt when the pressure ramps up... that's life Quents ... get over it ....
Back in the old days, I would have counted your essay, wrought by the merest twitch of my fingers across a keyboard, to be the work of wum genius. But I’ve moved on. Needless to say, however, that I failed to make it beyond your first chapter.
I’m trying to hold a serious debate and all some of you are interested in is wumming. I had hoped that we had all moved on from that, but it would appear that I am the only one who has. That’s a shame.
... sorry mate ... but you are not going to be taken seriously whilst advocating anything Adrian Durham has been saying ... general rule of thumb is "ignore the prick" ... you'll understand that yeah?
Just because someone wums doesn’t mean that their argument lacks credibility. Ripping the piss with indisputable fact is the best way to wum. That’s the way I always wummed. What Adrian Durham said was correct. Arsenal were beaten five times during their season of so-called invincibility. That is fact, as distressing as it clearly is for you to acknowledge. His comments about Gooners being desperate liars, and an embarrassment to the football fraternity were, I admit, needless wummery, and did not need to be said. We all know that to be the case. Anyway, I am glad that I’ve had the opportunity to clarify any misunderstanding.
Please confirm who beat Arsenal in the league that season? ... so where is the 'lie' in their supporters stating that they went through the season unbeaten in the league? ... Durham just wanted to irritate Arsenal fans so that they would call in to his show ... and they did ... any attempt to denigrate the achievement of any team going through any league unbeaten for a season reeks of bollocks ... but you have bought it like a complete bell end in your desperation to find any solace...
Bit difficult, coming from a tellyclapper who wears a cock on his head then thinks he should be taken seriously.
Why do you keep harping on about the league? Durham clearly referred to the season, and did not limit his comment merely to league matches, as you so desperately do. Durham made the factual statement that for Gooners, such as yourself, to constantly bang on about “the season we were invincible!” is a joke and utterly embarrassing. Why are getting so wound up about it?
Numbnuts ... read carefully ... Arsenal fans refer to that team as the 'Invincibles' because they went through a league campaign unbeaten ... Adrian Durham had his own agenda for wanting to denigrate that achievement ... but it is very difficult to denigrate it because it was, and remains, an amazing achievement .... so amazing in fact that it had only ever been done once before in the English top flight ... did you know that, Quents? ... appears not ... Durham failed miserably .... and you are looking a proper bell end in your attempt to give him some credibility ... That it has wound you up to the extent it has ... and left you grasping at cheese straws... is, however, rather hilarious .... But... but ... but
Preston North End ... in the Football League's very first season ... the only other time it has ever been done ... only a green eyed cheese nibbler would try and deny the enormity of that ... keep nibbling, Roquefort
Even Gooners haven't even taken a bite on Talksport's dumb wind up about Arsenal. HIAG on the other hand
