    If you are ill, you are allowed to try and live a normal life.

    Going out to the races with yer mates and having a few beers is not unusual. This would only be an issue if you were suffering from gambling and/or alcoholism.

    If you are off work with anxiety/depression/ mental health issue, doing and this ‘activity’ like shouldn’t be an issue to anyone.

    However, as the rags in Scotland were outraged at him for attending the races with his mates wearing - shock horror picture exclusive – a red winter coat, then people want to make an issue.


    What do you want him to do?


    Stay in, Not to socialise, Hide away…


    If ye do, then you haven’t a ****ing clue.

    Actually in the middle of dealing with some one close to me suffering from depression and be on going for 10 years or so,no fun but you have to have a laugh sometimes to lighten the mood if nothing else.

    All the pussyfooting around is why swathes of the first world public are "depressed", having "bad thoughts" or the new spastic thing "I was born in the wrong body"..

    These fkers need a dose of some truth serum, you're depressed because you have failed to grasp that to be happy, you need to be clear and disciplined in your objectives. Griffiths is in the top 1% earners on the planet, why is he unhappy?? He's physically strong and healthy, is a hero amongst the Taig populace of Scotland and has an amazing hairline that Dev can only dream of.
