There's a great African restaurant in Leicester, really basic looking but the food is superb. Wouldn't advise you to order "cow leg" or "mixed meat" though.
Just like to give a wee plug to my favourite "burger van". It sits on the road through Kelvingrove park.( next to Glasgow uni) and it sells Greek grub. Top quality Gyros. Jist saying like. Apart fea that a wee lamb Karahi or a beef with green pepper and black bean sauce are my favs.
You could try a Chindian, have your starters from the Chinese and your mains from the Indian. Having said that I don't usually bother with starters so if pressed it would have to be curry for this gastrognome. Funny how we still call it an Indian even though the majority of curry houses are run by Bangladeshi or Pakistani muslims.
There are some self-serve restaurants where you can have a mixture of Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian etc, Cosmo and More are two examples. Not ideal for dieters.
Tapas means lids. Seemingly back it the day they would rest it on top of their drinks so the flies wouldn't go in them. I guess they preferred the flies on their food. Strange.
There are a lot of Indian/Mexican mixed restaurants in Málaga. Not self-serve though, as most buffets are for scum. There used to be an Indian/Italian mixed restaurant and it was called Korma Tagliatelle. Shut down now I think.
