Stroller should also be congratulated for the correct placement of the apostrophe in the thread title. A rare and wonderfully accurate use of the often puzzling wee beastie.
I've just seen one that beats everything! Whilst watching a stream of Manure v Blunderland, someone posted that he could only get Radio 5 'Common Tree'!! I **** you not!!! Welcome to the future of England ladies and gents!
That gets me quite a lot on here, i don't bother correcting and most times the auto correct catches it but sometimes it doesn't. There's a difference between fat fingers/wrong auto correct and not knowing their they're there or other similar things. Common Gary , that's what happens when I hit the space instead of the n.
The 'Baby on board' signs are there to alert us emergency workers that a small person maybe in the vehicle in the event of an accident. Being so small they can end up in the most unlikely of places and therefore their presence may not be immediately obvious to us if the adults are unconscious.
Nines, I have a sign in my car that reads 'Ugly Wife On Board'. Should I have an accident and be unconscious, please don't save her!!!
Reminds me of the old joke; Policeman knocks on the door "Sir, it looks like your wife has been involved in a car accident" man replies "I know, but she's good with the kids, a decent cook and takes it up the 4rse". Ok, I'll get my coat.....
When watching motor racing, a McLaren will be stuck between two mercedes and they will say its a Mercedes sandwich. It makes no sense as the Mercedes are the bread in that situation and I've never seen anyone refer to it as a bread sandwich.
