From today's BBC website... A group of football fans who sexually assaulted women and chanted racial abuse while on a train are being sought by police. About 20 men made offensive chants in front of families and children before sexually assaulting a number of women, British Transport Police (BTP) said. The group boarded the 18:22 GMT service from London Paddington to Worcester on 22 December. BTP said the group were believed to be Chelsea supporters. Chelsea FC has been contacted by the BBC for a comment. I bet one of the assaulted women started it...........maybe she chanted "We are the Yids"? David Baddiel is alleged to be considering requesting legal action against her and her children.
What is it with their fans lately? It’s like they’ve been playing a game to see who can do the most ****ed up **** in recent weeks/ months.
Well I will be standing as usual so if you want to text STAND , you can do it now. In fact why don't we all text this evening
I live surrounded by them in South London. I promise you that it's never gone away. The Brexit anti-immigrant stance hasn't helped, nor as has ISIS, in getting the locals to arm themselves with pitch forks but the ignorance and hate required has never gone away. That incident of burning the model of Grenfell Towers took place in Croydon and I predicted that's where it was, as soon as I saw it. If there's an incident of white trash causing a racial incident, odds-on it's in South-East London. It's not just Chelsea fans but a large proportion of them live in boroughs with significant racial issues.
I'm not saying that only Chelsea fans from South-East London are the problem but I would reckon that they make up a very high proportion of their idiot fringe. The idiot filmed shouting at Sterling is from Beckenham. At least 2 of those convicted following the Paris Metro assault were from deep South London/Surrey. I'll see loads of them tonight, unfortunately. Joy!!
When I first started following football seriously, Chelsea were a DIvision Two club with modest support who were renowned for having nasty, violent fans. Money doesn't change everything, does it?
Glad Dele is playing, he always seems to turn it on for the derbys, especially Chelsea. We've gone strong and so have they, this should be a good one.
Chaps... thinking of doing an experimental stream tonight. Any of you use Zoom.us? If so, I can share meeting ID to run some tests...
