Goalkeeper update Darlow is priced at £4m but we want to loan him so looks like its all off. However Pochetino has come to the rescue and is offering Vorm until the end of the season. Vorm is on £64k per week but has slipped down the pecking order behind Lloris and another geezer. Hes also out of contract in the Summer but played 46 times for Spuds and also Holland. Will Bielsa want him if Pochetino pays some of his wages?

Vorm was half decent when he was at Swansea, and if it was the Swansea Vorm I'd say sign him up. However 5 years at Spurs, and only 13 league appearances, all of his others have been in the cups, and at 35, would he be as good as I remember
I'm really surprised, but then I haven't seen him play, he looks so confident with his feet and whilst only one YouTube clip he commands his area well. It's left me wondering are we looking for a reserve for BPF or are we looking for someone good enough to play PL football if we are promoted? Darlow on loan would suggest we want competition and back up for BPF rather than an all out number one first choice, the fact they want £4m and we either haven't got it or don't value him at that price is a strange one. I trust Bielsa but I can't say I am disappointed that we are not pursuing Darlow, I just don't see the attraction to him myself.
