£20k is the absolute max salary we would pay anybody, and that was said a couple of seasons ago. I’d guess that £10k at most players is what we are looking at. Probably why we will never get Wells on a permanent, unless he’s happy to take a massive pay cut.

Can't see us signing anyone, and should we anyway? Our current squad are doing a sterling job so far and at the very least will see us well clear of the drop.

Tammy Abraham has turned down a loan move to Wolves to stay at Villa
Matt Phillips is in talks about a new contract with WBA, after Premier Club interest.
Palace are thinking of bidding for Eze

Abraham for this week at least......
Phillips unlikely that anyone other than a very lower placed side in Prem would consider him........
Eze likely to be clickbait peddled by SkyBet to get punters hooked.......

He's not long signed an extended contract, so I'd hope we'd hold on to him, but an offer between £15 & £20 Mill might force the clubs hand

He's probably worth half that, but he has a long contract, we don't want to sell, and if Palace really want him then they'll need to pay over the odds.

Eze would be so silly to leave us. He is getting first team football every week here now and still is not the final product. He needs development.

No premier league team will be looking at him to fit into their first team straight away... not one. But there's a high chance that he'd disappear into nothingness if he does go to a Premier League team now or at the best end up on loan to a Championship or League 1 team.

He's best off here for now. And if I was a club in the Prem would keep an eye on him but see how he develops over a season or two.

Should get Harry to broker the deal for us so Palace double or triple for him.

Why do all these reporters think we "need to sell". Surely we have made the necessary cutbacks to be in a fairly healthy enough position now!
I am concerned about losing Freeman or Eze but I am more worried that we seem unable to renew contracts with the likes of Wszolek and Bidwell.

Reports in today's Mail that Bournemouth, Brighton and Palace are interested in Eze and we've put a £10 million price tag on him...

    I don’t think that these
I don’t think the prem clubs would touch eze just yet . Potential is there but his work rate without the ball isnt . These Lower prem teams can’t afford too many luxury players .

If eze upped his defensive game he would probably be on his way . He suits us at the minute and happy to keep him .
I reckon even if he was sold they would negotiate a loan deal back to us .

I read that (+Liverpool - Bournemouth) a couple of days ago on some click bait crap on the nett. Sounds like that is the Fail' s source these days.

Not quite the place to put this but....Hemed has returned to Brighton following his hernia operation.
He is out for 6-8 weeks and is rebilitating in Brighton. He is expected to return to us and training at the start of next month.

Rangel is sort of back in light training

Cameron has disappeared off the known universe.
Edit: Club says there will be a Cameron update soon following angle ligament injury vs Leeds 9th December
