Yeah, OK, if one of the big boys wins the FA Cup (and Burton don't win the league cup!) then 7th place will be a EL qualifying place. So potentially something to fight for. (Not that Puel would put a full team out for such matches, mind.)
Hopefully Leicester buy him a striker for that. Tbh I doubt Puel will be there by then, they have some hard games coming up which should make him quite easily sackable if Leicester want to.

Would anyone have a spare place at table for supper this evening. I am in the doghouse for saying to the very lovely Mrs Godders that people on the Isle of Wight will jumping for joy at Newport's victory over Leicester. I went too far when I said we should go down and cheer Leicester as they came of the Red Funnel ferry. The very lovely Mrs Godders is very patriotic and took it as an insult saying I was mocking her Welsh heritage and stormed out of the house. The big problem now is that there is nobody here to cook my supper. I may starve. Surely there is a Good Samaritan amongst you all. If you do invite me for supper I promise to wear my anti-flatulence underpants.
Bubbles take the enjoyment out of the day, just scrap the idea, have all the pubs open from 9am, no police , and let the mayhem commence.
Not for the cup game when there was trouble. If anything it was that game that was the final straw and they brought the bubble in for the Championship season.
