Got to agree that the lad shouldn't have been treated like that, I mean what harm was he doing? People taking pictures in grounds pretty harmless too.
but you still take pics and upload them right, so what harm is a 14 year old kid doing. He even kept within copyright rules, technically a lot of supporters don't and don't even realise they are breaking the rules, whereas that lad was fully aware of them.
I expect these fookers don't even know what the copyright rules are, as soon has you purchase a match ticket, the rules are underwritten into them. It defines the size of the device, which governs the pictures you can take along with any videos. If the lad had broken any rules as a blogger his youtube account would have been terminated by now. the EFL especially have strict rules governing this. The Chelsea stewards probably don't even know the rules outside the ground.
incorrect, i'd already explained, he does it pre and post match, you are not allowed to film the game, other than pictures solely within the stands ie of fans.
Plus all the inane drivel that will go with his vlog. Hopefully in a few years he'll ditch the phone get a few pints in and start shouting in cheering, rather than be on his phone...
As i said it's a kid. We seem to accept the yellow jacket brigade as some sort of authority, they are not, they are there to apply health and safety and any ground regulations, they are not the police.
I've seen Chelsea vlogs on YouTube but they seem to vlog well away from the main entrance. Don't know if that was the problem
it appears from exchanges at the game, Chelsea stewards don't allow it, a young Forest supporter is not going to know that, he is on the public highway, I'm not even sure if a steward is allowed to grab him off the street. What Stewards Are Supposed To Do Their primary duty is to be responsible for the safety and comfort of spectators within the stadium and designated areas; To keep gangways, stairwells and all entry and exit routes clear; If an evacuation of the stadium is required to assist in its orderly completion and to make certain they are aware at all times of the proper procedures to follow (Operation Anfield Exercise); Help the Police in identifying anyone who is banned from the stadium or anyone who does not have the correct entry requirements for the ground (stolen, duplicate or counterfeit tickets); To make sure that the conditions upon the Club’s safety certificate and their ground regulations are met at all times (standing in all-seater stadiums is covered here); To eject any fans for breaches of ground regulations; Adhering to any Club policy dealing with searches as a condition of entry to avoid prohibited items entering the stadium: To be fully aware of all medical support and safety equipment; What Stewards Are Allowed To Do Under English law (which will include Wales for these purposes) Stewards have no special powers but are able like anyone to have a power of arrest where: a breach of the peace is committed in their presence; the person effecting the arrest reasonably believes that such a breach will be committed in the immediate future by the person arrested, or; a breach of the peace has been committed or the person effecting the arrest reasonably believes that breach of the peace has occurred and that a further breach is threatened. A breach of the peace occurs whenever harm is actually done or is likely to be done to a person or, in their presence, to their property, or where a person is in fear of being harmed through an assault, affray, riot, unlawful assembly or other disturbance. Stewards have no legal power over and above anyone else to do more than is detailed above.
**** ‘em. No game footage is standard, just abide by the rules, you daft, millennial, cry arseing beauts.
You've got ten approved by your club mate http://www.evertonfc.com/content/news/blogs/meet-our-fan-bloggers
I'm with Comm, YouTube spacker can do one. These vloggers/ fan cams etc are making a mockery of their fanbases. Clubs should ban them. Nothing wrong with taking a photo with your mates inside the stadium or taking a picture of the stadium/ pitch when inside but filming yourself at a game of football is just pathetic, along with this whole interview/build-up/ reaction nonsense you're seeing more and more of. I often wonder if half of these 'fans' are actual fans or just people looking to exploit the possibilities of social media fame.
You must have missed the bit about no game footage mate. Film your spotty mates view on the line up etc, but you can’t film the action. Not complicated like.
Which is exactly the point i was making, he was fully aware of the rules inside the ground and was outside the main gate, even later he asked for permission
Oh right I missed that bit, in which case the Chavs are ****s. I don’t go there anymore, a bad mix of auld Cheeeeelllllsssseeaaa knobheads from the 70’s and 80’s, mixed in with a load of Fulham Johnny come lately toffs. Last time I went I spent 2 hours unable to speak in the Matthew Harding, as the bloke who gave me his seats said I’d be lobbed out and he’d lose his passes if they so much as heard my accent.
If it's true that the steward grabbed him by the neck, then clearly that steward has gone to far. With regards to Chelsea banning that sort of stuff, that's up to them. The steward said they've had previous trouble, hence the ban. I say that's up to them. Still chavy kernts
