    Ward in goal

I might go Simpson Morgan Evans Fuchs - rest the full backs and I think Morgan/Evans will be more suited to the physical style than Soyuncu

    Choudhury Silva (won’t happen)

    Albrighton Maddison Gray
    Nacho

Stringer on Twitter seems to think Harvey Barnes may have been secretly recalled and starting...

Hearing Matty James is starting today, while Andy King is on the bench. #LCFC

Newport will be physcial today and their pitch will seem like a cow field compared to what we are used to. Is this really the best time to start James?

Managed to call 8 of the 11 right! Happy with the defence. Not happy about James, he’s done. Okazaki bless him I just hope he can be a foil for Nacho if nothing else. Ghezzal hmm, he’s not actually been that bad just uninspiring. I’m glad Madders is there if we need him

Am glad Ndidi is getting a rest and Iheanacho isn't on his own up front.

King on the bench is interesting as well...

Today Iheanacho really needs to step up. Puel made Iheanacho work for Vardy which isnt his game

Today he will have Okazaki working for him

He needs to show us something today

Overall pretty pleased with this line up and pretty much as expected. Big names on the bench if needed.

Only shame is that there isn’t a striker on the bench at all. Apparently Muskwe was walking around the stadium - would have been good to have seen him on the bench if fit.

Honestly starting to wonder if maybe Ricardo Pereira is our best emergency 4th choice striker after Vardy, Ihenacho and Okasaki...

So this is the title winners minus the stars playing and playing their style. This is the kind of ‘football’ Puel outers want to return to right?

To defend them a bit, it is really hard to play with any rhythm on pitches this bad. These lower league clubs are used to it but the ball literally doesn’t move...

**** all creativity in the team. He had to play Iborra or Silva. But King Claude has decided to sell them both

    Ghezzal is beyond garbage

The pitch isnt to blame for James, Iheanacho and Okazaki not touching the ball or Ghezzal ****ing everything up
