They just do their own brand stuff, endorsed by AJ for marketing reasons I’d imagine!

Whey isolate is more expensive, but better imo.

It has a higher protein content and less calories and carbs than basic protein powder.

Depends what for, if it’s for recovering so you don’t ache then omega 3 or/and BCAA would do you better.

Omega 3 would be a good shout though.

The short answer is it gives you that last 5% push you need when you’re about to fail, thus it helps increase strength/muscle mass.

If you’re doing a 12 hour shift and you have to sit down every 3 minutes cos your body is physically failing you then try creatine, although it won’t help a lot!

Run on the beach this morning.

Nothing strenuous, still carrying a cold.

Might then talk about some gym supplements. <whistle>

    Nice breakfast this morning

Poached eggs, rump steak and some spinach (which wasn’t very nice).

Gonna write my plan today for the gym and prep my meals for 3 days.

Had poached eggs, avocado on toast.

Her idea, was a bit weird to be honest. I think there was too much avocado.

Also, I'm not supposed to be eating bread, at least it wholemeal.

When you say meals for three days, is that middle of the day meals when you're at work or ALL meals?

Found out I can join a Nuffield health club for £30 a month through work. Anyone a member of one?

I have a gym at home but don’t have everything I need for all the workouts so being a member of a gym is always useful

There's one I can join with my health insurance, could be that. Don't think there was one local enough.

I pay £40 a.month at the minute, which is a tenner more than I'd like as I never get to go at weekends.

    All meals mate.

So for dinner I’d marinade the chicken for example and cook the rice or chop and marinade sweet potato chips, just preparing not cooking completely.

Basically hard boil a load of eggs and peel them.

Used to go to virgin active before they were Nuffield. Awful gyms, full of bro lifters.
