Fair point about Dull etc, they are tedious. But if you were honest, you'd admit that they annoy and irritate you, so the advice about 'just ignoring' somebody can't really be taken seriously when you are as guilty as anybody else.

As for HIAG, I don't have a Vendetta again him I like him, I think he's funny. Not for the reasons he thinks he's funny, but because he makes a twat of himself so freely and so often. He is literally the gift that keeps on giving. So why would I turn down an opportunity when he makes it so easy ?

Years ago, I had a colleague who could never work the fax machine. When it didn’t respond immediately, he used to stab the ‘send’ button repeatedly with an angry finger.

Half an hour later someone would ring and ask “why have you faxed me 25 copies of that report?”

Seems I have become the digital equivalent of him, the old git.
