    Yes, it does.

I can’t say I’ve ever noticed the difference between the two personally. Although you’ll find people who swear by both.

As for creatine - it deffo works. I like to use a 8 week on, 4 weeks off cycle.

What is in caffeine free pre workout? I never really touch the stuff as I have zero tolerance for caffeine as I have none of it in my diet, but caffeine free might be an option. Just don’t really get how it would work

Most of them contain L- arginine, or Citruline Malate, which makes the body produce more of its own arginine. It dilates the blood vessels giving increased blood flow to the muscles.

Oh, and one side effect is it also sends more blood to your dick!...:)

Just amino acids, creatine, protein and stuff mate, it doesn’t do much by way of a buzz but tbph when I used to drink stuff like Grenade that didn’t really do much either.

When I’m fully in the zone I’m only taking omega-3 as I nail everything else I need with my meal plan. That’s my number one supplement, and maybe the magnesium as it helps me sleep well.

Mate I’ve skipped every day for about 6 months. Legs was always my favourite though, shoulders was my worst, as I had a few injuries and it just hurt.

Yeah I take omega 3. Also probably massively over do the protein. Now I’m trying counting Macros and **** I’m realising just how much I am getting a day.

Might try some pre workout. My mate does that Hyphy mud prison stuff but I’m pretty sure he is going to die from it so I’ll pass on that one

I've bee the same for the past 10 months. Damaged my patella ligament. Gone from squatting over 200kgs and reping 700+kg on the leg press to struggling to walk the stairs.

Squatted 60kgs today for the first time in 10 months, hurt like ****.

Nah I’m fine for calories, just don’t think the Macro split is the best. I eat 6-8 chicken breasts on a normal day plus couple of protein shakes.

I tried it once, think it was a can of coke with 4 scoops of coffee in it. Was ****ing horrible. My mates tolerance to caffeine must be insane now after doing that **** every day for ages

Too much chicken that, makes me feel sick chewing on bare chicken every day. I go with liquid egg whites, they’re great in shakes.

Every time I hear people talking about eating tonnes of chicken it reminds me of that Fish and a Rice Cake bloke <laugh>

Legs have always been my strongest. 29 inch quads at my biggest 18 months ago.

Squats and hex bar deads are my favourites. **** at presses etc.

I don’t mind tbh. Not fussed by food at all. I have actually ordered some egg whites the other day though. Do you just put them in shakes?
