Sentences are not tough enough, carrying a knife along with carrying a firearm should be an automatic prison sentence, regardless of reason or pleas in court, if you are caught carrying a zombie knife on your person then it should be automatic prison, it would reduce the problem overnight.
That's it. What a joke, big chance you'll read about him killing someone soon. How a judge can watch that and let him out on the street is beyond me.
Automatic prison, i don't know why we are even fooking about with this. To carry it is intent to use it in my eyes.
Now ya fexkin talking. Make em swim. Or even better put them in some kind of running man/hunger games /battle Royal fight to the death. They can take their blades with them. Winner gets a boat trip to france.
The guy from Guildford would still be alive today if that numpty had not carried a knife. Instead of it being just a punch up, a kid has now lost his dad.
I've lost two very close mates to stabbings and one to shooting, both stabbing were punch ups gone wrong cos some **** pulled out a blade. Both guys are out of jail and carrying on with life. Lock em up.
I think she has mitigating circumstances there. She only needs to say she has suffered with ‘metallaphopia’ and also her late husband had a particularly flat head and the urge to hammer the point home became too much to bear.
You live and learn ... in hindsight probably best to avoid suggesting "Let's get hammered" to an estranged missus ...
Send her to syria. Honestly though turning up at his house ready to bash his head in is pre meditated murder. Yes he was a **** but they went their own ways (unless i have misinterpreted the story).
Yeah I don’t have a lot of sympathy for either of them and it’s a wid nae for me. Can understand some sort of mitigating circumstances especially considering she wasn’t all there mentally.
If he had been beating her and threatening her still i would have a bit more sympathy but it sounded like he was a selfish cock and called her a few names. Im sorry but i have seen that in loads of relationships (whether rightly or wrongly) and from bother sides. That doesnt justify going out bashing someone on their head. If she gets off its going to be a right ****show because this was pre meditated. The only thing you could say is that maybe she is elligble for early release because of restorative justice but to allow her conviction to be quashed would be a joke on our laws
No. she murdered him. They had been apart for almost a year when she twatted him over the head 22 times with a hammer. Let her serve her sentence.
You may be right. I can’t help but feel this is just going to be another thread of some emotional posters versus a few quoting some facts and rationale.
