We already have quality and this has been said by a lot of fans. The trouble was getting them all fit and gelling together. The past few games have seen that and a couple more sensible additions in January would be great. If we have missed out on players because of high wages or fees that is just how it is. Every club has a budget even the big boys. Rumours at Burnley about how bringing in Joe Hart has killed them due to his ego and big wages compared to the rest and their team spirit is not good with him and that centre back around. We have brought in some decent players pre-season and paid fees for them, admittedly not high but they have come and signed contracts so the wages can't be that bad.
Can't say I know much about Burnley at minute, but it seemed a stupid decision at the time considering the two quality keepers they already have.
Both of their keepers were injured, i thought they had only signed him on loan for the season but it was a permanent deal for £3.5 million on a 2 year contract.
I watched him a couple of weeks ago at Wembley against Spurs. He's a time wasting piss taking **** of the highest order.
Id say it depends how many do it. Remember very few for Ashlee, disgusting as it was. Thought it was superb for odubajo
I'd suggest burnley been in Europe has ****ed them up for the league. Interesting t see if dyche can turn it around. Hope not as I can't stand the ****ers.
Exactly it was just a few, as I recall it. While odubajo got a concerted full blown booing. Excellent.
It was certainly only a few - really bad form too, I know its a much used epithet but Ash was/is certainly a bona-fide legend.
He uses the end box near the north stand and he was getting some cracking abuse from all the silver cod lads on Tuesday! He is deffo a legend! Even the sparrow hawk gave him a fly by

I was thinking about this recently and it does feel like we are due injuries. Hopefully influential players can avoid anything bad on the training ground till the next league game (a decent chance to get higher at home v Wednesday).
This is exactly why the Jan window is key, we need 2/3 players to add depth. Bring them in and keep the key players and we are going up
