I doubt anyone has been libellous, I'll re read (n edit if necessary) if it makes you happier though.

Every post of mine on this thread is my own opinion

 

Accusing a person by name of committing a criminal act is, unless proven to be true, is libellous. Unlikely I know, but sanctions could be taken against this site if any of those concerned took exception.

 

I asked a question, which also didn't accuse him of a crime either btw.

It happens quite a lot, supposedly quite a few players “long term injuries” are actually drug related suspensions, which have super injunctions against them.

Not sure how true it is, but I heard that from people who would know...

I'm speculating here of course, but if I had a multi million pound asset and he failed an internal drugs test (I assume clubs conduct internal ones as well as the FA?) I wouldn't be reporting it either unless it was a serial repeat offender or if it was for performance enhancing drugs. Stuff like weed/cocaine/pills I would probably just fine them, maybe give them an internal suspension of a game or 2 and that would be it.

 

Saying that actually it wouldn't surprise me at all if it was him...

I remember a very famous couple (no longer together) snorting in full view of everyone in that club at the time....they didn’t care who seen them.
