It's paper talk, there's nothing on the Tic website and I can't see him getting a 3 year deal, a 1 year rolling contract maybe, 2 year max I'd have thought.

Even then 2 years is a lot. Would it just be so he could get 10? Seems no other reason. He's not good enough to start anymore.

 

Think yoos are being a tad harsh on Brown here. He's coming back from injury and hadn't played a lot of football before the OF game. He wasn't helped by Nitcham who had a stinker playing beside him.

He's been offered a 3 year deal in Australia but Brendan says he wants him to stay. If it was me I'd be off to the land of Oz.

Do you reckon Celtic will fork out 4/5 million for him. I'd say that's about double what he's worth.

 

He's easily worth £4m.

 

According to the chip wrappers Celtic offered £3.5 and got knocked back. I'd say Aberdeen might get as much as £6m from down south.

I suppose he's worth what ever someone is willing to pay for him. Dinne reckon he's that good tbh. Mind you I can't say I have seen him play a lot.

 

Celtic need to have a good window. Brendan's recent acquisitions have been mostly dire. If he bring anymore deed wid in then he will not be trusted again. The biscuit tin needs emptied.

 

Celtic really can't win can they? If they splash the cash (Like on Eddie and N'Cham) they are buying titles, if they buy players in the £1m to £2m bracket they are penny-pinching.
