Based on the lies we have been told countless times I am surprised people keep believing them. Currently we have now evidence there is a deal going through. We could choose to believe a proven liar who has lied throughout his tenure as an owner. Personally due to this I won't believe their is a sale until the sale goes through or there is some hard evidence.

Because it didn't come from the mouth of Ehab. The reporting that's been done on the sale hasn't come from him, it's come from other people looking into it. There hasn't been an interview where Ehab has stated that they are in talks with Duffen. He doesn't talk to the local media anyway. Somebody in the media did, however, pick up on the fact that there were three interested parties. The HDM reported that Duffen was backed by Saudis. They aren't going to print that unless it was bonafide. They didn't use the word 'rumours' or 'alleged', either, so they obviously know somehow who is involved because at present they're the only ones giving us information that's linked to a takeover. They aren't sacrosanct, and yes, they can only print what they are told, but they have journalistic credibility and wouldn't print things without a source (cue the jokes about that being bullshit), they aren't The Sun.
